Conditions of rent Capacity Tariffs June and September 395 € July and August 495 € In reply of your e-mail, you will receive in return a formular of contract eitheir via e-mail or by fedex. Your booking period will be preserved for a period of 15 days. Beyond this limit, the booking period will be considered as free for any new proposition. With the duty signed and dated contract, please contact us (0033-1-39 58 40 03) for a transfer of the equivalent to the quater of the cost for the rent. A copy of the contract will be returned to you signed by the renter out. The contract will be accompanied with the access plan to the building and the name of the persons in charge to welcome you. A pedge of 500 francs (76 euros) will be required the 1st day of renting. This pedge will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
